Where do I get a Support Coordinator from?
You can locate registered support coordination providers through the Provider Finder tool in your NDIS participant portal myplace. This tool helps identify support coordination services in your local area. The NDIA publishes updated lists of registered providers by state quarterly on the NDIS website.

This level is typically short-term and aims to build your confidence and capacity to manage your plan with minimal ongoing support.

This level involves frequent contact and may include developing specialized behavior support plans or coordinating with multiple mainstream services.
