We are looking for reliable, respectful support workers and community nurses across Australia. Everyone who works with us is screened before their first shift — here is exactly how the process works.
The application process
2. Build your worker profile
Tell participants about your experience, the supports you offer, languages you speak, your suburb and when you are available.
3. Upload your documents
Add your identity and screening documents in the 'My documents' area. PDF, Word or clear photos are all fine.
4. We check your documents
Our team reviews every document. Your police check must be issued within the last 12 months, and we check expiry dates on your checks and visa.
5. Get approved and matched
Once approved, your profile appears to participants and families, and we can match you with support requests in your area.
What every applicant must provide
These are the documents we check for every worker. Passport and visa evidence is only needed if you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Photo ID
Driver licence or another government photo ID. Both sides if it is a card.
Passport copyvisa holders
The photo page of your passport.
Visa detailsvisa holders
Your VEVO check or visa grant notice showing your work conditions.
National police check
Must be issued within the last 12 months.
Working with Children Check
Your clearance letter or card with the number and expiry date.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Your clearance outcome from your state screening unit.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate
The completion certificate from the 'Quality, Safety and You' module.
Your documents are uploaded to private storage that only our team can open, and a copy is kept in our secure records folder named after you. We keep them to meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider. Read our privacy policy.
