Your service agreement comes first

• The supports we deliver, prices, cancellations and how the agreement can end are set out in your Participant Service Agreement.
• If these terms and your signed agreement differ, your signed agreement applies.
• Prices follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits in force at the time.

Your rights

• You choose and control your supports, and can change or end your agreement with the notice set out in it.
• You can bring a support person, advocate or interpreter at any time.
• You can make a complaint to us or to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (1800 035 544) without it affecting your services. See Make a complaint.

Using the website and your account

• Give true and current details, and keep your sign-in private.
• Do not misuse the site, upload harmful files, or try to see other people's information.
• Confidential documents shown on the site are for your own use only. Do not copy or share them without our written consent.
• Support workers listed on the site are checked by us before approval, but you should still tell us about any concern straight away.

Privacy

We handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, as set out in our Privacy Policy. We will not share your information without your written consent unless the law requires it or someone is at serious risk.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
